  1. Walk through DD §10 decisions D-1 through D-10 with LLoL; capture answers in a replacement DD (v2 or r1 per current VVN convention).

  2. Address launch timing: b18b-DD §9 D11 (avoid major news cycle) and D12 (buy-in mechanism live before candidacy goes public). Propose a concrete launch-window candidate.

  3. Sequence remaining b18 work per b18b-DD §11: Steps 1–10. Identify which steps LLoL will do and which Claude will do.

  4. Confirm the Hormuz/Rev.6/Islamic-scholars reformulation (above file 3) is acceptable for integration into b18b; place the three blocks (b18a, b18b §8, b18b §12 refusal) into the actual draft.
