  1. b18 has had ZERO adversarial review (b16 had 5 panels; b17 had 5 panels). Single largest gap. Must be closed before b18 goes online.

  2. b18b Phase 2 framing decided: Job of Nobody Backbone with fractal nesting. (Closes the largest open decision from earlier in the day.)

  3. b18e is not done despite aaa.rst row marking it DONE. Three-way status disagreement (aaa.rst / file note / commit message) requires honest re-marking.

  4. Mt.16:23 math re-reading: LLoL’s actual analogy uses TWO mathematical operations (multiplication and place value), not one. The corrected reading is mathematically defensible and not hand-wavey.
