Migrate all existing YYYY-MM-DD date formats to YYYYmMMdDD across the entire site for grep consistency. New code uses YYYYmMMdDD from 2026m04d03 onward (CLAUDE.md Language Rule 6). This task covers the retrospective cleanup.

Type: TELES mechanical migration (identifier-format change, identity preserved). The date 2026-04-03 and 2026m04d03 denote the same day.

Scope estimate: Hundreds of occurrences in RST, MD, and config files. Low false-positive risk (YYYY-MM-DD is a distinctive pattern).

Priority: Low urgency. All new content uses the correct format. The retrospective fix is cosmetic consistency, not blocking.
