AA b12 --- Retrospective Date Format Cleanup

Migrate all existing ``YYYY-MM-DD`` date formats to ``YYYYmMMdDD`` across the
entire site for grep consistency. New code uses ``YYYYmMMdDD`` from 2026m04d03
onward (CLAUDE.md Language Rule 6). This task covers the retrospective cleanup.

**Type:** TELES mechanical migration (identifier-format change, identity
preserved). The date ``2026-04-03`` and ``2026m04d03`` denote the same day.

**Scope estimate:** Hundreds of occurrences in RST, MD, and config files.
Low false-positive risk (``YYYY-MM-DD`` is a distinctive pattern).

**Priority:** Low urgency. All new content uses the correct format. The
retrospective fix is cosmetic consistency, not blocking.
