PROMY:FEED — Fill the Gaps

FEED is the second stage of the PROMY pipeline. It takes the files created by SEED and fills gaps: checking symbols, checking predicates, ensuring cross-references resolve, completing any files that SEED left incomplete, and building the model directory up to the full standard file set.

FEED is low-risk — it creates new content and fills gaps but does not modify existing formal statements (that is GROW’s job).

Input: Files from SEED + existing model files (symbols.rst, predicates.rst, etc.)

Output: Complete model directory with all gaps filled, all cross-references checked, make html producing zero new warnings

Transition: Human reviews directory structure and file completeness. When satisfied: PROMY:GROW
