PROMY:FEED --- Fill the Gaps

**Growth cycle:** Nourish |  **ZION:** Investigating

FEED is the second stage of the PROMY pipeline. It takes the files
created by SEED and fills gaps: checking symbols, checking
predicates, ensuring cross-references resolve, completing any files
that SEED left incomplete, and building the model directory up to
the full standard file set.

FEED is **low-risk** --- it creates new content and fills gaps but
does not modify existing formal statements (that is GROW's job).

**Input:** Files from SEED + existing model files (symbols.rst,
predicates.rst, etc.)

**Output:** Complete model directory with all gaps filled, all
cross-references checked, ``make html`` producing zero new warnings

**Transition:** Human reviews directory structure and file
completeness. When satisfied: :ref:`PROMY:GROW <promy-grow>`
