LLog b13 (infra): Evolvix Zenodo home + _POST registry infrastructure (catch-up)#
.claude/mode).claude/effort-level)ClaOp47Max)infra-llog-evolvix-zenodo-post-dv_ClaOp47Max_NNv1_2026m04d26Honesty disclaimer
This is a slim catch-up llog, not a real-time verbatim audit trail.
The session ran for ~3 days across many topical pivots without an
llog being maintained in real time, in violation of
feedback_llog_immediate.md (“ALWAYS create/append llog BEFORE or
SIMULTANEOUSLY with presenting summaries”). LLoL noticed at session
close and asked for a catch-up. The verbatim prompts below are
reconstructed from session memory at close-time; they represent the
substance of LLoL’s prompts but are not guaranteed
character-perfect. The full unabbreviated transcript lives in
Claude’s session log file at
~/.claude/projects/-Users-llol-LLoL-Repos-SethGitHubSetup-balospe-com/<session-id>.jsonl
for any future audit that needs ground truth.
Session-start state (2026m04d24)#
LLoL had just submitted the 2015 Prototype Evolvix Compiler to Zenodo at DOI
10.5281/zenodo.19679456.Working state: branch
7-paper-guard-against-echo-chambers, with one modified file (sta1-evx/evx-prototype-compiler.rst) and two untracked files (installation-guide.txtfor the binaries archive, and an HTML draft that no longer existed at session start).Session began with a
/clearthen a/compactof prior context.
Major arc of the session#
The session evolved through 12 distinct phases. Each phase produced durable artifacts; this llog captures the prompts and the artifacts.
Phase 1 — Build the balospe.com home for Prototype Evolvix#
Dedicated session: Evolvix sta1-evx overview page. Build an RST overview page at sta1-evx/index.rst that functions as the balospe.com home for Prototype Evolvix. Source content: the Zenodo description and its sibling at evx-prototype-compiler.rst. Follow Template A conventions. Cross-reference from b19 SGIR paper’s SI.1. Include a download section pointing to /_file/bin/evolvix-prototype-compiler/… and cite the final Zenodo official reference and link.
— I submitted to https://zenodo.org/records/19679456. Will this automatically show up at https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6253-9269 or do I have to put it there manually? — Do you have everything you need to produce a local Zenodo backup equivalent for downloading?
Claude’s analysis (Knife Edge KE-1 in EDEN):
Structural ambiguity flagged:
sta1-evx.rstalready exists as the stadium overview; anindex.rstinside the directory would create two adjacent index-shaped pages. Three options offered.Side questions answered: ORCID auto-sync requires Zenodo Linked Account preconditions; balospe.com mirror feasibility confirmed (~55 MB of binaries already in repo, all under Cloudflare Pages per-file limit).
LLoL’s resolution: None of the three options. Instead: leave both
sta1-evx.rst and evx-prototype-compiler.rst as-is in role;
create a NEW index.rst as a beginner-friendly bridge page linking
both, including the simplest Evolvix Mission-Vision graphic
(aims-3 card) and explaining the trifecta + how BABL destroys
languages + biouncertainty + funding model.

Phase 2 — Trifecta formatting convention (DD b11)#
LLoL noticed Claude was writing *stable*, *extensible*, *humane*
(commas, separate spans) and asked Claude to argue both sides for and
against the comma form. Claude argued, recommended no-commas + single
italic span. LLoL agreed. DD created.

Phase 3 — Ladder pedagogy convention (DD b12)#
LLoL noticed Claude was treating BABL/ZION/OSCR as commonly known when they are NOT — the whole purpose of balospe.com is to TEACH these. LLoL specified the proper introduction pattern: concept first in plain English, then name the acronym, then reuse confidently.
Files produced in Phase 3:

index.rstrewritten: section heading “How Blind Assumptions destroy computer languages” (LLoL’s wording, half-step toward BABL); mechanism-first opening; OSCR introduced spelled out before OSCR substitution; BABL introduced spelled out before BABL; “accumulate avoidable complexity” (LLoL’s phrasing) replacing Claude’s grammatically-broken “accumulate BABL”; new ZION subsection using seed feed grow reap cycle; Evolvix-research-as-BABL-to-ZION-journey section added.source/choice/war-of-algorithms/index.rst(NEW central explainer page in The Choice section,:orphan:initially).
Phase 4 — Trifecta registry (DD b13) and tetrad registry (DD b14)#
LLoL: never invent new trifectas inline; canonical list lives in DD
b13. Claude wrote DD b13 with 6 entries. LLoL later noted that
*seed feed grow reap* is a tetrad (4-element), not a trifecta;
created the b14-b24 reservation scheme for fused-pattern arity classes
plus b25 as overview index. Numbering: a1-a9 reserved (greatest hits),
b10 reserved (format template), b11+ first usable; numbering starts at
b11 to match HEAVEN paper convention.
Three rename rounds for DD/AA filenames:

Phase 5 — _POST infrastructure setup#
LLoL: don’t scatter AA tasks across the site; centralize in a
_POST/AnyAims/ registry. Initial location was the existing
_POST/ at the repo root, which Sphinx does not build. LLoL: needs
to be built so the footer can link to it. Solution: move _POST/
into source/_POST/.

Phase 7 — ZION cycle mapping fix#
LLoL: the farmer’s-cycle 4-stage description got steps 2-3-4 mixed up
and failed to name them as *seed feed grow reap*. Correct mapping
per CLAUDE.md: Zoning=*seed*, Investigating=*feed*,
Organizing=*grow*, Navigating=*reap*. Each step explicitly
tagged in the rewrite.
Files edited in Phase 7:
Bridge
index.rstfarmer’s cycle paragraph + computer-language application paragraphsource/choice/war-of-algorithms/index.rstfarmer’s cycle (same fix; also fixed*seed, feed, grow, reap*with commas andseed-feed-grow-reapwith hyphens to canonical*seed feed grow reap*)
Phase 8 — LLoL’s edits to bridge graduated to OO#
LLoL: did several editing passes on the bridge index.rst (fixed
typos, added two audience splits “How you can help – non-expert” and
“– Computer Expert”, refined the funding-model narrative, expanded
DOISI definition, added a Change History admonition signed
dv_LLoL_OOv1_2026m04d24). Page graduated to OO.
Phase 9 — New death-trifecta added#
LLoL: add *incurious ignorant indifference* to the b13 registry.
Restructure b13 into separate tables for death-trifectas (first per
Rule 7), life-trifectas (second), and other-trifectas
(*beginners producers experts*).
Phase 10 — VVN attribution clarification#
Claude flagged that LLoL had used dv_LLoL_OOv1 (not the default
iv_LLoL per memory feedback_vvn_attribution.md). LLoL clarified:
the regime choice signals confidence level, not attribution. May use
any regime including dv_ when less sure. Same applies to footer
content-VVN.
Memory updated in Phase 10:
feedback_vvn_attribution.md(CREATED — file was indexed in MEMORY.md but didn’t actually exist; now contains the attribution rule + default-regime convention + LLoL-may-use-any-regime flexibility note + “Where VVNs appear on a page” subsection + “What NOT to do” subsection naming the FOOTER FORM marker mistake explicitly)
Phase 12 — Three more AAs for follow-up work#
AAs produced in Phase 12:

Open AAs at session close#
In source/_POST/AnyAims/:
AA b11: Integrate Evolvix into b18a-b18e and b20 paper sequence
AA b12: Find a home for a central balospe.com framework intro page
AA b13: Adversarial review of Evolvix bridge page
AA b14: Adversarial review of Zenodo mirror page
AA b15: Sort out reliable solution for FOOTER FORM marker VVN problem
Recommended execution order at next session: AA b14 then AA b13 in a single combined session (Claude proposed this in the closing exchange; combined prompt provided in the closing reply).
Next free AA slot: b16.
Next free DD slot: b26 (b13–b25 reserved for fused-pattern taxonomy).
Concluding summary#
The session converted LLoL’s Zenodo deposition into a coherent
balospe.com presence (bridge page + Zenodo mirror + War of Algorithms
central explainer + b19 paper updates + bibtex update), and along the
way constructed the _POST registry infrastructure (DD/AA registries
with lettered numbering per AHA/HELL.md, three formatting/writing
DDs, two reservation-scheme DDs, five AAs covering integration tasks
and adversarial reviews and design-decision follow-ups).
EDEN classification of the session as a whole: Knife Edge — multiple decisions had only one reliably ZION-aligned path (the canonical lettered-numbering layout, the no-commas trifecta formatting, the mechanism-first ladder pedagogy, the FOOTER FORM marker convention, the never-invent-trifectas rule). Each was discovered through LLoL’s correction of a Claude default; each is now codified in a DD and a memory entry to prevent recurrence.
Items requiring follow-up review by LLoL before any of this can graduate beyond NN/MM:
DD b13 entry for
*incurious ignorant indifference*(Claude wrote interpretive scope/context on first read; LLoL to refine if framing drifts from intent)DD b14 (tetrad registry) and DD b25 (fused-pattern overview) — arity-to-DD mapping for b15-b24 is provisional pending LLoL’s Excel-doc spec
war-of-algorithmscentral page (NN_v1; ladder-pedagogy compliant but interpretive content needs your read)AA b15 design-decision proposal (when executed, will produce the durable solution to the FOOTER FORM marker mistake)
