AA b11: Integrate Evolvix into the b18a-b18e and b20 paper sequence#
evolvix-integration-aa-dv_ClaOp47Max_NNv1_2026m04d24source/good-news-pack/vv/mmv3/flyingscroll/transwarpkey/sta1-evx/index.rst
and its sibling evx-prototype-compiler.rst for the new balospe.com home pages. Why this AA exists#
On 2026m04d24 LLoL deposited the 2015 Prototype Evolvix Compiler on Zenodo at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19679456 and asked Claude (Opus 4.7 Max, EDEN mode) to build a balospe.com home for Prototype Evolvix. Two new pages now exist:
Evolvix — A Stable Extensible Humane Computer-Language for Biology — beginner-friendly bridge: stable extensible humane trifecta, how BABL destroys languages, why biouncertainty needs language-level support, the new funding model.
Prototype Evolvix Compiler — Zenodo Archive of Past Foundations — mirror of the Zenodo description with downloads.
The b19-sgir paper has been updated to point at these (lines around 1238
and the SI.1 block) and the PrototypeEvolvixCompiler bibtex entry now carries
the Zenodo DOI.
What is not yet done is: making sure Evolvix is also visible in the
broader HEAVEN/post-HEAVEN paper sequence. LLoL’s guidance (2026m04d24):
b18a-b18e are extremely packed already and may only have space for
something super brief; b20 has more space and is the best target for
something more extensive.
Without this AA, the Evolvix bridge risks staying isolated in the GNP stadion and the b19 SGIR paper while the rest of the HEAVEN papers and the b20 vision paper move forward without acknowledging the Prototype’s release status or the funding-model bridge.
Recommendation summary#
Two-tier integration:
Tier 1 — minimal mention in b18a-b18e (one sentence each, where it fits): Each b18 sub-paper that touches modeling, computer-language, or common-goods funding may carry one sentence pointing at the Prototype Evolvix Zenodo deposit and the balospe.com bridge. Aim: zero-disruption visibility. Do not add new sections; only insert where the existing prose already touches a relevant topic. Where no natural insertion point exists, skip the paper rather than force it in (over-Reach is BABL).
Tier 2 — one extended Evolvix section in b20:
The b20-sgir-virodefense-olympics-2020-vision paper already discusses
ResearchCity infrastructure and has more space than b18. Add either a
dedicated subsection (“Tools for ViroDefense Olympics: Why a long-term
stable language matters”) or an SI appendix (“The Evolvix tool layer:
Prototype as evidence; the envisioned future as common-goods test case”)
that:
Cites the Prototype Evolvix Zenodo deposit (
PrototypeEvolvixCompilerbib).Links the balospe.com bridge page (
sta1-evx/index) for newcomers.Explains in 2–3 paragraphs why ViroDefense Olympics specifically need a stable extensible humane modeling language — and why the common-goods funding model being developed at balospe.com is the natural mechanism to fund the long-term Evolvix work that ViroDefense would depend on.
Treats the Prototype as proof-of-concept evidence (not vapourware) and the envisioned future as the work the ResearchCity funding model is designed to enable.
This keeps the gravity-center for “Evolvix in the paper sequence” in b20 (which has space for it) while leaving b18a-b18e free to stay tight.
Execution prompt (paste into a fresh Claude session)#
Dedicated session: Integrate Evolvix into the b18a-b18e and b20 paper sequence. Mode: EDEN. Effort: max.
Context: On 2026m04d24, LLoL deposited the 2015 Prototype Evolvix Compiler on Zenodo at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19679456. A balospe.com home for Prototype Evolvix was built at:
source/good-news-pack/vv/mmv3/flyingscroll/transwarpkey/sta1-evx/index.rst (beginner-friendly bridge: trifecta, BABL-destroys-languages, biouncertainty, funding model)
source/good-news-pack/vv/mmv3/flyingscroll/transwarpkey/sta1-evx/evx-prototype-compiler.rst (mirror of the Zenodo description with downloads)
The b19 SGIR paper (source/matheology/hell/mm/b/19/…) has been updated to point at these. PrototypeEvolvixCompiler bibtex now carries the Zenodo DOI.
Task: integrate Evolvix into the broader paper sequence using the two-tier strategy proposed in this AA file:
TIER 1 — For each existing paper in the b18a-b18e sequence, identify any paragraph that ALREADY touches modeling, computer-language design, biouncertainty, or common-goods funding. Where such a paragraph exists, propose a one-sentence insertion that points readers at the Prototype Evolvix Zenodo deposit and the balospe.com bridge. DO NOT force insertions where the existing prose does not naturally touch a relevant topic — skip those papers and report which ones you skipped and why. DO NOT create new sections in b18a-b18e (LLoL says they are extremely packed).
TIER 2 — In b20 (b20-sgir-virodefense-olympics-2020-vision), propose a dedicated subsection or SI appendix titled approximately “The Evolvix tool layer for ViroDefense Olympics” with the four-point structure described in the recommendation summary above. Draft the 2-3 paragraphs of body content. b20 has more space than b18.
Output for LLoL review:
A patch list per paper: file path, exact location of insertion, proposed insertion text, justification.
The full draft of the b20 Evolvix section/appendix.
An updated AAA QuickRef entry if applicable (per CLAUDE.md AAA QuickRef Rule for HEAVEN paper work, scope b11-b18 — check whether b18 sub-papers count and update aaa.rst accordingly).
EDEN classification (Knife Edge, Green Meadow, etc.) for any decision points where multiple integration paths are coherent and LLoL needs to choose.
Do NOT modify any paper without LLoL’s explicit go-ahead on the patch list. Present the patches first, await confirmation, then apply.
File-safety rules (from CLAUDE.md): do not delete content; respect guarded sections; preserve existing language rules (no validate/verify, BABL-before-ZION ordering, etc.).
