AA Completed Log#

This file records:

  1. Completed AA entries — a chronological table of AAs that have moved from open to DONE. Each row summarizes what was done and links to the original AA file (which remains at its _POST/AnyAims/b/NN/ location for the full audit trail).

  2. Session LLogs — slim, append-only summaries of sessions that completed AA-related work. Each LLog captures what was done in the session and which AAs moved from open to DONE.

The companion file AnyAims (AA) Registry lists only currently active AA tasks so the active list stays easy to scan.

Append new entries at the bottom of each section below; do not rewrite earlier entries.

Adversarial review of the Zenodo mirror page

Three-angle review (reproducibility / PL-expert / drift) of the Zenodo mirror page at sta1-evx/evx-prototype-compiler.rst and the linked Zenodo deposit. Findings drove the SHA256 manifest, the source-tree commit recovery (6e355803b…), license harmonization to CC BY 4.0, the SDM citation chain correction, toolchain version pinning, and the Zenodo description revision deposited 2026m04d27.

Cross-reference to earlier audit trail: LLog b13 (infra): Evolvix Zenodo home + _POST registry infrastructure (catch-up) records the 2026m04d24–26 session prefix that produced the Evolvix Zenodo home pages and established the _POST registry infrastructure (DD b11–b14 + b25, AA b11–b15).

What was done in this session, in order:

  1. Adversarial reviews of the Evolvix bridge and Zenodo mirror pages (executed AA b13 + b14 as a combined report; outputs folded into subsequent edits).

  2. SHA256 manifest produced for all 5 platform archives, the standalone user-docs zip, the two PDFs, and the 2026 installation-guide.txt. Cross-platform identity confirmed: only the 3 compiled binaries differ per platform; the 124-file HTML user documentation tree is byte-identical to the standalone documentation archive.

  3. Source-tree freezing commit identified by LLoL in his historical Evolvix git repository: 6e355803bc6fff5b125ef4bf1be1f8e980f364be (“dev-0.3.1 : Freezing RC1”, Seth A Keel, 2015-03-09 00:12 local time at UW-Madison). Cryptographic anchor recorded; repository remains private.

  4. Build-chronology check against the Evolvix release log: binaries compiled on or before 2015-03-09; the 2015-03-10/11 packaging date reflects only the Sphinx HTML doc bundling step. The compiler binaries themselves are dated 2015-03-09 or earlier.

  5. Pre-vs-final hash comparison confirmed the deposited binaries are byte-identical to the canonical Mar 10/11 web-releases set in LLoL’s Evolvix release log (and not to the Mar 9 prerelease snapshot).

  6. Local mirror page evx-prototype-compiler.rst updated with all adversarial-review-driven corrections: license harmonized to CC BY 4.0 (Zenodo authority); SDM citation chain corrected (McCollum et al. 2006 + Ehlert & Loewe 2014); toolchain version pinning (ANTLR 3.4, muparser 2.2.3, IDAS 1.1.0); Otto & Day 2007 predator-prey test reference made explicit (model from p. 76 Eq. 3.18, parameters from p. 141 Fig. 4.17, 1 TimeUnit = 1 Month); Known Limitations section added (TimeSeries syntax brittleness); Provenance and integrity section added with SHA256 tables and source-tree commit.

  7. Funder-dialogue framing softened in the Funding section: added a structural-mismatch paragraph clarifying that efficiency-driven funding programmes are by definition steered away from projects like Evolvix (which can succeed only by exploring unknown cases of use that no efficient programme would prioritize), so the funder exchange below illustrates a structural pattern rather than judgment of any individual funder.

  8. Companion files written next to the binaries on balospe.com:

    • zenodo-additions.txt — slim technical-reference manifest (Sections 1–7 covering SHA256 data, source commit, toolchain pins, test methodology, known limitations, license, SDM citation).

    • zenodo-description-2026m04d26.html — self-contained HTML body suitable for direct paste into the Zenodo description editor.

    • prompt-for-rc1-rebuild-session.txt — ready-to-paste prompt for a future fresh Claude Code session rooted at the Evolvix source repository to attempt a build-resurrection of the 2015 Prototype from the freezing commit.

  9. Zenodo description deposited 2026m04d27 via metadata-only edit on the existing version (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19679456 retained; no new Zenodo version created).

  10. Bibtex updates in source/_bib/references.bib:

    • Replaced @misc{EvolvixCompiler, …} with @misc{PrototypeEvolvixCompiler, …} (renamed key; note now records source-tree commit, CC BY 4.0 license, and 2026m04d27 deposit-revision date).

    • Added new @article{McCollum2006, …} for the original SDM paper (alphabetically positioned between Matheo-2 and Meadows2008).

  11. Citation key migration: every :cite:`EvolvixCompiler` in current documents (b19 paper lines 90 and 1352; AA b11 narrative references; AA b14 pre-read note) updated to :cite:`PrototypeEvolvixCompiler`. The append-only LLog at hell/ll/infra/b/13/ and the wwv-sgir RST-footnote-style file were intentionally not touched (LLog discipline; toctree-conflict resolution deferred).

  12. b19 paper surgical edits: typo MMs0r3p1 → MMv0r3p1_c1; Sundials IDAS → SUNDIALS IDAS; SDM citation chain expanded to cite both McCollum 2006 (algorithm origin) and Ehlert & Loewe 2014 (implementation reference + Parts/Actions/Rates framework).

  13. AA registry migration: the flat-named source/matheology/hell/mm/b/19/si/aa-sgir-paper-tasks_2026m04d18.rst migrated into the lettered-numbering registry as AA b16: SGIR (b19) paper finalization tasks. Original file moved to si/HH/ per the file-safety rule. Five cross-references updated to point at the new location (b19 index.rst toctree, b19 paper body, aaa.rst hidden toctree, sta2-wwv.rst toctree, wwv-sgir-evolvix-study body, AA b11 narrative).

  14. AA b13 + b14 marked DONE; status lines updated with completion date and a one-paragraph disposition.

  15. Build check (make dev): clean of new errors and warnings. The 15 remaining warnings are pre-existing (image format conversions, an intentional orphan LLog, pre-existing duplicate toctree entries, an unreferenced Matheo-2-m-v2 citation).
