Salt b10 --- Format Template for Salt Crystals
***********************************************************************

This is the format template for salt crystals in HELL's adversarial review
system.

.. admonition:: Next free number

   The next available salt crystal is: **b19**

Template Structure
====================

Each salt crystal lives in ``hell/salt/b/<number>/index.rst`` and should
contain:

1. ``.. meta::`` block with description, keywords, author
2. A ``.. _hell-salt-b<number>-<slug>:`` label for cross-referencing
3. Title: ``Salt b<number> --- <Thematic Title>``
4. A first paragraph summarizing the thematic cluster
5. A summary section: what the crystal covers and its overall status
6. A ``.. toctree::`` with ALL Con and Pro entries belonging to this crystal
7. Cross-references to related crystals if material overlaps

Crystallization Rules
========================

- Make crystals **as large as possible** while remaining **coherent** ---
  do not lump together unrelated material.
- If material tentatively relates to more than one crystal, **cross-reference**
  it from all relevant crystals.
- When two smaller crystals can be rigorously linked, create a new larger
  crystal and redirect the smaller ones (do not delete them).
- Each Con/Pro pair appears in exactly ONE crystal's toctree (primary home),
  but may be cross-referenced from others via ``:doc:`` links.
