Weber's charismatic-to-rational-legal transition is built into the
stages:

- **Stage 0:** Pure charismatic authority. LLoL's vision drives the
  project. Unavoidable and appropriate for a founding stage.
- **Stage 1:** The G7 Group begins the transition. Seven people,
  rotating through all 7TrackRoles, develop *shared* understanding.
