This is the format template for MockupModels in HELL.

Template Structure
====================

Each MockupModel lives in ``hell/mm/b/<number>/`` and the file inside follows:

.. code-block:: text

   mm_b<number>_<YYYYmMMdDD>_<descriptive-slug>.rst

Required elements:

1. ``.. meta::`` block
2. Clear title indicating draft/prototype status
3. Content appropriate to the draft type (paper, model, prototype, etc.)
4. A note indicating current maturity status

Promotion to HEAVEN:

- When a MockupModel is mature enough, it is promoted to HEAVEN
- The MM entry then becomes a forwarding pointer (not deleted)
- The HEAVEN entry is the canonical location; the MM entry is the history
