the author (Claude Opus 4.6) fabricated the entire Appendix A with
invented model definitions --- caught and corrected by LLoL, but the
error undermines confidence in the revision's self-assessment.

This recheck is NOT a full 8-reviewer re-review. It is a targeted
quality check asking: **did the new content actually fix what it claims
to fix?**
