Purpose
=========

Add a citation to bugc103 (the micro-laboratory Jubilee observation)
in the b14 JUB paper. This provides empirical micro-scale evidence

What to Write
===============

**One paragraph** (approximately 100--150 words) in the b14 math paper,
placed in a section that discusses empirical evidence or testability of
the Jubilee System's predictions. The paragraph should:

1. State that the project's own infrastructure exhibited Jubilee-like
   dynamics spontaneously during routine directory restructuring.

2. Summarize the 8 structural parallels (one sentence each is
   sufficient --- point to the bug report for details).

3. Present the "from lesser to greater" argument: if a project with
   ~100 files already needs periodic structural resets, systems with
   millions of participants need them correspondingly more.

4. Frame as self-testing, NOT self-proof: "The pattern predicted by the
   model appeared in the model's own infrastructure" rather than "this
   proves the Jubilee System."
