Template Structure
====================

Each PROMY log entry lives in ``hell/ll/promy/b/<number>/`` and the file
inside follows the naming convention:

   promy_ll_<YYYYmMMdDD>_<descriptive-slug>.rst

Required sections:

1. ``.. meta::`` block
2. ``.. note::`` AI-generated session log attribution
3. Title with date and descriptive name
4. Session Metadata (date, agent, user, etc.)
5. Exchange sections (verbatim prompt + response, numbered sequentially)
6. All content is append-only; corrections are appended, never overwrite
