Purpose
=========

The 2026-03-23 design session produced the BEST Names architecture
(grammar, registries, PoR fields, HELL structure). The 2026-03-24
session executed the HELL migration. This 2026-03-25 session
substantially revised the design document based on the author's
detailed review of Sections 11--18, focusing on lifecycle formalization,
the permanence problem, pipeline terminology, and data collection
infrastructure for the upcoming OOv1→OOv2 migration.

The overarching motivation: the data about to be sorted in the big
migration must not be sorted in vain. The design document needed to
offer a credible foundation for a global mathematical theology
jumpstart exercise --- which required getting the lifecycle model,
the permanence guarantees, and the empirical feedback mechanisms
right before the sorting begins.

Section 13 --- Prose Reference Convention
