Context ============ The b20 §5.4 cross-link plan defines three priority tiers: - **P-1** *(this prompt)*: launch-critical links between the highest-traffic papers. - **P-2** *(launch-7)*: full N×N grid across b11--b21. - **P-3** *(launch-7)*: b18-esc variants + b21 (AI framework) to all other papers. This prompt covers P-1 only. The criterion for P-1 inclusion: a sympathetic reader landing on any P-1 paper should be one click away from the others on the same tier. Use the L-B18A-3 / L-B18A-4 / L-B18A-5 patterns from b20 §5.4 as template. 3.2 Test ---------- After all P-1 links are inserted: - ``make dev`` from repo root. - 0 new warnings introduced. - Click-through each new link in HTML build. - For each paper, verify the new "Related papers" subsection is in the table of contents at the correct level (likely h2 or h3 inside SI / Appendix). 3.3 Cross-check ----------------- The P-1 grid is symmetric in principle (if b11 → b18a, then b18a → b11 should also exist). After all insertions, verify symmetry. Asymmetries: report in llog, do NOT force-fix in this session. ---- 4.
