**Purpose:** Working document for accumulating acronym definitions
across e7Day development. NOT part of the official site glossary.
Multiple conflicting definitions are expected and recorded --- they
will be harmonized later.

**Convention:** Each acronym may have multiple rows (one per source
year/context). VVN tracks who proposed it (iv\_ = human, dv\_ = machine).

**Notes:**

- SON has two strong definitions for different contexts.
  StrategyOrganizationNegotiator = management/navigator reading.
  SemanticsOrganizingNothing = foundational logic reading.
  The latter motivates the rename of m4 from PROGRESS to LOGIC.
- STARS is a recursive acronym (cf. GNU = GNU's Not Unix).
  The recursion is the point: meta-monitoring requires monitoring.
- PERFECT/PERFIDE are exceptionally well-crafted; both carry
  semantic double meanings (PERFECT = the ideal; PERFIDE =
  perfidious/treacherous).
- DAY/NIGHT may map differently in non-compiler contexts ---
  multiple definitions expected.
- User notes some acronym defs differ across years. This DICT
  records all known variants with VVN tracking.
