action into D_f (forced), D_free (free), and D_inno (innovation
:math:`\subseteq` D_free). **No formal criterion is given for
assigning actions to domains.** This creates an unfalsifiable escape
hatch: for any evil outcome, the system can be maintained by
asserting the relevant choices were in D_free (humanity's
responsibility) or D_f (outside the theodicy's scope). The
