th8's empirical "testing" consists of retrospective categorizations:
Soviet communism collapsed → "violated Stable + Extensible"; unregulated
capitalism has crises → "violates Life-friendly"; Nordic social democracy
works → "approximates Jubilee." This is a textbook case of **post-hoc
rationalization** (the Texas Sharpshooter fallacy: drawing the target
around the bullet holes).

1. **Retrospective categorization.** The framework decides *after*
   observing outcomes which cords were "violated." The Soviet Union could
   equally be categorized as violating Life-friendly first (gulags,
