5D Space --- Shared Data Space for All Compilers

The 5-dimensional link names label space defined by
**(Model, ElementTypes, Version, Depth, View)** is the coordinate
system in which all matheology compilers operate. |SISYF| reads from
it; |PROMY| writes into it. Every compiled page, every PoR source
file, and every stub template has a unique address in this space.

The 5D architecture is not owned by any single compiler --- it is the
shared substrate on which they all depend.
