runs. Each file captures findings from a specific design question or
field usage audit. These findings inform future updates to the
extraction matrix and 5D architecture.

**Collected by:** Phase 2I-4 (first compilation run) and subsequent
compilation sessions.

**Used by:** Phase 3 design decisions, extraction matrix updates,
5D architecture revisions.
